in Business Law, Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile
(1998), Diploma in Legal Aspects of International Bussines,
Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D. C., U.S.A. -

Experience: Giancarlo Angelucci has extensive experience in
advising private companies and state entities. He has
participated as a member of the negotiating team of the agenda
of the Trinational program of Cuenca Alta del Río Lempa and
has served as Private Secretary to the Vice Presidency of the
Republic of El Salvador, Director of the Environmental Fund of
El Salvador, legal adviser of the National Commission for the
Promotion of Investments (PROESA), Director of the Trifinio
National Plan. He is also former legal adviser to the Italian
Embassy in El Salvador. As part of his civic activities, has
acted as the legal counterpart for the project "Proposal
to make El Salvador a Regional Distribution Center", and
has participated in the preparation of draft laws concerning
the promotion of foreign investment. He has also served as
Regional Supervisor of Quality Control of Services, Managing
Partner of Lexincorp´s Office in El Salvador and now Regional
Managing Partner of Lexincorp Centra America.
Practice Areas: Corporate Law, Condominuiums, Energy,
Logistics and Distribution Centers, Foreign Investment, Tax
Incentives, Labor Law, law firm management.
Languages: Spanish, Italian and English.
